Preparation of Internal water supply pipe layout
Preparation of Internal Drainage pipe layout
Preparation of External Wastewater network, with pipeline levels matching the surrounding sewage main lines
Routing of the pipelines for Sewage Water supply
Co-ordinated drawing for SWD, drainage RWH at ground level
Preparation of plumbing Fire Fighting schematic Layout
Preparation of AC layouts VRF Split AC's, Added advantage if knowledge on chilled water system HVAC layout
Added advantage if knowledge on calculations
Preparing MOEF HRC Layouts.
Coordinate with Electrical and HVAC system as per requirement.
Preparation of Fire Fighting Shop Drawing of Shaft Detail Layout.
Preparation of Isometric Using Piping Layout.
Preparation of Fire Fighting Shop Drawing of External Hydrant Layout.
Preparing Fire Hydrants Sprinkler Layouts.
Preparation of Builders works (Slab wall openings).
Preparing Qty Take of sheet BOM.
Documentation - Project wise Filing Scanning.
Site Visited Site Issue Resolved.
Good understanding of local design standards, code local authority requirements.
Added advantage of having knowledge on design calculation.
Review DBR Concept design reports for MEP Systems.
Monitoring the Schedules for Drawing Submittal
Resolving RFI (Request For Information) received from site.
Who are we looking for
Minimum 12th Passed
Completed ITI draftsman Course Positive Auto CAD Knowledge, skill
Basic Revit MEP course
Advantage - Diploma
Experience
Core Design Experience Min 8 to 10 years in Mechanical services - Public Health Engineering, Fire Fighting HVAC Services in MEP real-estate industry Grade A Developer in India.
