Role & responsibilities
Hands on design deliverables in electrical design typically in the Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Big Infrastructure development, Aviation, and Hospitality sectors and leading a team of Engineers to deliver outcomes.
Preparing and reviewing detailed calculations to validate design intent.
Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and schedules and authoring design reports.
Keeping our Leadership Team informed of key and relevant service/design decisions taken on your Projects with a view to how they align with the Project Scope and Objectives.
Embrace technologies to improve performance and sustainability to meet to net zero targets by 2030.
Ensure projects are carried out to an excellent standard, within agreed deadlines and budget.
Represent at meetings with clients,



other specialists, and suppliers.
Produce and review reports, presentations, models, and drawings to an excellent standard, high level of accuracy and in a timely manner.
Prepare technical specifications and schedules, design development reports and creative design solutions.
Plan and manage input to Revit for production of design work.
Actively engage with colleagues across disciplines, in group discussions and at events and seminars.
Mentor more junior team members, potentially leading to an early line management role.
Autonomously represents to clients, architects and collaborators.
