Phox Health is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage finance operations across our India and US entities.

This is a hands-on finance management role covering accounting, financial reporting, AP/AR, billing, payments, cash flow, compliance and audit coordination. You’ll work closely with leadership and external finance partners to ensure finance operations are accurate, timely and well controlled.

What you'll do
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across India and US entities
Lead monthly close, reconciliations and financial reporting
Oversee AP, AR, billing, collections and vendor payments
Manage US finance processes, including US accounting and reporting requirements
Manage India finance requirements including GST, TDS and other applicable compliances
Support US vendor and driver payment processes and ensure timely execution
Prepare and monitor cash-flow forecasts and working capital
Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external finance partners




Maintain and improve finance controls, SOPs and approval processes
Identify opportunities to automate and simplify finance processes
Manage and mentor the finance team

What we're looking for
10–12 years of experience in finance and accounting
Robust hands-on experience in accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR and reconciliations
Practical experience with US accounting, US entities or US GAAP
Valuable understanding of Indian finance and statutory requirements, including GST and TDS
Experience managing cash flow, payments and working capital
Experience working with auditors and external finance/tax partners
Robust Excel and ERP/accounting-system skills
Experience managing or mentoring a small finance team
Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance operations
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in logistics or a startup environment is good to have
