Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in Plant Finance within the Manufacturing Industry , particularly in product costing, standard costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
Manage plant finance, product costing, standard costing, cost sheets, and COPA reporting .
Prepare and analyze product-wise cost sheets and manufacturing cost structures.
Monitor actual vs. standard costs and conduct cost variance analysis.
Identify cost optimization opportunities and strengthen cost controls.
Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards.
Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closures.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and financial controls.
Review general ledger,



trial balance, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal, statutory, and cost auditors.
Support plant management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Key Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
5–8 years of relevant experience in Plant Finance within the manufacturing industry.
Solid hands-on experience in Product Costing and Standard Costing is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of cost sheets, COPA, cost variance analysis, and cost optimization.
Experience in budgeting, MIS, inventory control, and financial reporting.
Understanding of Ind AS and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Excel.
Robust analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates should be ready to relocate any to any part in Gujarat.
