Role & responsibilities

Interacting with key stakeholders for requirement gathering, documentation To lead team of OpenText consultants to develop the functionalities as per finalised requirement

Implement and configure OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) and Engineering Add-on for SAP settings.

Design and execute integration strategies between OpenText xECM and SAP S/4HANA modules.

Coordination with OpenText implementation partner for development, implementation and support

Manage document lifecycle, workflow automation, and records management within the EPC context.

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile





10+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText ECM, OpenText xECM implementation, preferably with SAP integration.

Familiarity with OpenText Engineering Add-on functionalities.

Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and interfaces.

Experience in enterprise content management in large-scale engineering or construction projects.

Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work across multiple teams and geographical locations.
