Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Professional to lead and support our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex IT environments while ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems)
Oversee system installations, configurations, and upgrades
Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies
Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues
Lead IT projects, including system migrations and implementations
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
4+ years of relevant IT experience
Strong knowledge of:
Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN,



firewalls, VPNs)
Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools
Proficiency in troubleshooting and system diagnostics
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITIL preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as:
Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
Microsoft (Azure Administrator, MCSE)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
