WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR CONSTRUCTION / PROJECTS LEAD

We are hiring for a client looking for an experienced construction professional to take end-to-end ownership of multiple residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Experience: 15+ yrs

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution from Design → Drawings → BOQ → Procurement → Construction → Quality → Handover
Manage multiple projects including Villas, Apartments, Commercial & Hospital projects
Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, Vendors & Specialist Agencies
Drive project planning, scheduling, manpower & material planning
Coordinate Architectural, Structural & MEP drawings and resolve execution-related issues
Monitor cost, quality, safety, timelines and contractor performance
Manage procurement, material planning, inspections and consumption
Track project delays, corrective actions and recovery plans




Conduct weekly project reviews and present consolidated updates to senior management
Ensure successful testing, snagging, commissioning and final handover

Ideal Profile Strong experience in end-to-end construction/project execution

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Robust contractor, consultant and vendor management skills

Positive understanding of construction planning, cost control and quality management

Robust leadership, coordination and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹23,376.05 - ₹91,180.33 per month
