Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, MBA,Project

Management, Public Policy, Technology or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent project-management certification would be an advantage.

Experience : 10–12+ years of experience in programme/project management, preferably in healthcare, public health, government or large-scale technology-enabled programmes. Experience managing large, multi-location, multi-stakeholder projects. Experience managing project teams, budgets, timelines and deliverables.

Role Purpose The Senior Project Manager will provide overall programme/project management leadership, ensuring that programme objectives, timelines, deliverables and quality standards are achieved. The role will coordinate across business, clinical, technology, field and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the programme.
Develop project plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables.




Monitor project performance against agreed objectives.
Coordinate across technology, operations, public health and stakeholder teams.
Manage project risks, dependencies and escalations.
Lead project review meetings and governance forums.
Track KPIs, deliverables and resource utilisation.
Ensure timely submission of programme reports and deliverables.
Manage client/government expectations in coordination with stakeholder teams.
Identify implementation bottlenecks and drive corrective action.
Ensure adherence to quality and contractual requirements.
Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams.
Support programme leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
