Identify and onboard reliable domestic and international suppliers.
Manage relationships with Chinese suppliers, ensuring clarity on technical specs and lead times.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and annual contracts to maximize margins.
Execute the full Purchase Order (PO) process, from requisition to payment.
Coordinate with Logistics and Customs House Agents (CHA) for international shipments.
Ensure all imported materials comply with quality standards and certifications (e.g., Prop65).
Collaborate with production on teams to forecast material requirements.
Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid production downtime without overstocking.
Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations (e.g., fabric/polymer prices)
Maintain accurate records of Import/Export documenta on (HBL, CI, PL, HS Codes).
Reconcile purchase invoices with accounts and ensure timely supplier payments.
