Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/non-IT requirements, from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle stakeholder/client coordination and understand hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
Manage interview scheduling, offer coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
Robust German language proficiency is mandatory.
Experience working in an RPO/staffing/IT recruitment workplace is preferred.
