Job Description
The Role :
Handle end-to-end Group Air Ticketing operations, from enquiry and fare sourcing to booking, negotiation, billing and post-booking support.
Manage B2B & B2C group enquiries while ensuring competitive fares, timely follow-ups and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Group Air Ticketing enquiries from enquiry to final booking.
Manage B2B and B2C group queries, understanding requirements and providing suitable flight options.
Source and negotiate with airlines and other sources to secure the best possible fares.
Prepare and share accurate, competitive quotations and follow up for booking confirmation.
Handle fare re-negotiations,
