Role & responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Compliance.
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business and plant leadership teams.
Lead and mentor the HR team to drive high performance and employee engagement.
Manage workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
