We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products to prospective customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, assisting customers with the application process, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan leads.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and required documents.
Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loan applications.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for document collection and application processing.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow company policies and applicable lending/compliance requirements.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of loan/financial products.
Solid follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi communication is required; English communication is an advantage.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in telecalling, banking, finance, insurance, or sales will be an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
