Engineer – Forklift / Material Handling Equipment

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities across Chennai.
Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers.
Visit factories, warehouses, manufacturing units and industrial customers.
Understand customer material-handling requirements.
Recommend suitable forklift and material-handling solutions.
Handle product presentations, quotations and negotiations.
Follow up with customers from enquiry to order closure.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with the service team for customer technical/service requirements.
Conduct regular market visits and identify current customers.
Monitor competitor activities and market requirements.





Mandatory Requirements ⭐
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Forklift Sales or Forklift Service.
Forklift industry experience is mandatory.
Good technical knowledge of forklift machines and material-handling equipment.
Knowledge of:
Electric Forklift
Diesel Forklift
Battery-operated Material Handling Equipment
Candidates from general automobile/industrial sales without forklift experience will not be preferred.
Tamil – Mandatory
English – Mandatory
Hindi – Mandatory
