About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Management team within the Digital Strategy department. This role demands robust hands-on expertise across product analytics, UX, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-backed insights, defining product requirements, and working closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze product performance and user behavior to drive data-informed decision-making
Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs using analytics tools
Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and objectives
Perform detailed requirement gathering and documentation
Translate requirements into structured product backlogs and user stories
Design workflows, user journeys, and process maps
Create wireframes to support product design and development
Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience




Work with development teams for implementation, testing, and feature closure
Perform API testing and validation using relevant tools
Support end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery

Mandatory (Non-Negotiable) Skills Candidates must have proven hands-on experience in the following:
Google Analytics
Mixpanel
Postman (API Testing)
Power BI (Dashboarding & Reporting)
Wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
UX/UI Design understanding
Product Backlog creation & management
Stakeholder Interviews
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Workflow Design
User Journey Mapping
End-to-end collaboration with Development Teams (delivery & closure)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Analysis / Business Analysis / Product Management roles
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or digital platforms
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
