Design is a first-class citizen at Sequere. Youll shape the user experience of complex enterprise and Web3 products - from initial research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready design systems.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design for enterprise SaaS, Web3, and AI-powered products
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Build and maintain design systems in Figma
Collaborate tightly with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Define information architecture and interaction patterns for complex data-heavy UIs
Present and iterate on designs with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
4+ years of product design experience at a SaaS or digital product company
Expert-level Figma skills including auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
Solid portfolio demonstrating design thinking and final shipped products
Experience designing for data-heavy or technically complex interfaces
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
Motion design or micro-interaction experience
Familiarity with design tokens and CSS
Experience designing for Web3 or AI-powered products
