Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
Manage Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party applications using APIs and integration tools.
Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, testing and production support.
Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify prospects for process automation, improvement and Salesforce initiative
Participate in requirement gathering, analyze and document business requirements (BRD/FSD) solution design and post-production support.
Lead UAT by creating test cases,



coordinating testing, and managing defects.
Support project execution including sprint planning, tracking, and issue resolution.
Ensure Salesforce solutions follow security, data governance, and development best practices.
Define reporting needs, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and quality
Manage data migration, data quality, and Salesforce configuration as required.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
Manage stakeholder communication and align business expectations
