Client Experience Partner / Manager play pivotal in ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. The role is responsible to ensure that every interaction a client has with the organization is exceptional, ultimately fostering client satisfaction.

Experience:

4+ yrs. In client servicing role in broking domain, catering to UHNI & Family offices clientele with valuable understanding on credit, leveraging & distribution prducts(products).

Team handling experience would be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Smooth Client Onboarding Experience:
To ensure the client onboarding process adheres to all regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC regulations.
Verify and validate client identity, financial information, and other relevant documentation.
To maintain and update client documentation, agreements, and contracts & ensure that all client agreements are complete and up-to-date.

Client Relationship Management:
To build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and providing personalized support and guidance.




To proactively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
To analyze the client journey and areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience.

Client Queries & Issue Resolution:

'• To ensure that all client interactions and service offerings adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards, promoting trust and transparency.
To uphold the integrity of the organization and instill trust among clients through transparent and ethical practices.

Self Development
To spend time on Self-development, work on improving specific skills relevant, such as communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, etc;
To stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Establish explicit personal and professional development goals and motivate oneself to achieve them.

Education Qualifications: Grad. / Post Grad. (Finance or Financial Markets preferred).
