We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, architecture, and solution design, with solid expertise in ITSM/ TSOM.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Define ServiceNow architecture, technical design, and integration approach.
Lead implementation and enhancement of ITSM/TSOM modules.
Work closely with business teams, functional consultants, and technical teams.
Design integrations between ServiceNow and external applications/systems.
Review existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
Ensure best practices, performance, security, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow developers.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.
Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ServiceNow TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP, and web services.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, and automation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture decisions.
