Software & AI Engineer Intern

Internship

Role Summary The Software & AI Engineer Intern will contribute to software systems that transform industrial data into applications, analytics, diagnostics, predictions, and actionable engineering information.

Key Responsibilities
Build or improve frontend features and user interfaces under guidance.
Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic for assigned modules.
Work with PostgreSQL, time-series data, caching, and basic data pipelines as required.
Support ingestion and processing of real-time and historical industrial data.
Write clean, modular code and basic unit/integration tests.
Use Git and participate in normal development, review, testing, and deployment workflows.
Assist with Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and cloud deployment tasks where applicable.
Build dashboards, metrics, analytics, or data-processing features for industrial applications.
Contribute to ML/AI tasks such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, time-series analysis, RAG, or

LLM workflows depending on project requirements.
Document APIs, modules, workflows, and key implementation decisions.

Preferred Knowledge
Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript




React/Next.js or similar frontend fundamentals
Node.js/NestJS or similar backend fundamentals
SQL and database basics
Git and software-engineering fundamentals
Interest in Docker, cloud, ML, time-series analytics, or LLM systems is beneficial

Qualification

Students or recent graduates pursuing/completing B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science,

Electronics, or a related field.
