Designing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplacesn
Creating multiple variations for testing, not just one final designn
Building offer-led creatives (discounts, bundles, urgency-based communication)n
Designing website banners, landing sections, and sale assetsn
Supporting execution during sale periods with quick turnaround timesn
Working closely with marketing and developers to ensure things go live smoothlyn

We focus heavily on testing and iterationn

AI tools are used actively to speed up output (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva, Photoshop, etc.)n

Strong hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustratorn
Prior experience working with D2C or ecommerce brandsn
Someone who can deliver quickly without getting stuck on perfectionn
Understanding of what works in performance marketing creativesn
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, sometimes high-pressure setupn

nGood to have

1- 2 yrs work experiencen
Basic understanding of Shopify layouts (banners, sections, etc.)n
Experience with video creatives or reelsn
Familiarity with A/B testingn
Basic understanding of consumer behavior in adsn
