Responsible for project billing, quantity verification, BOQ preparation, subcontractor billing, and cost tracking for interior/construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare client and subcontractor bills.
Verify site measurements and quantities.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and estimation sheets.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for billing approvals.
Track variations, extra items, and project costs.
Maintain billing records and payment follow-ups.
Prepare billing and cost MIS reports.
Regularly visit project sites, take accurate measurements, and verify quantities of executed work for billing.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely and accurate measurement and billing
Requirements
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience in interior fit-out/construction projects preferred.
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and rate analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
