Site Accountant – Civil Construction

We are looking for experienced Site Accountants to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our civil construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day site accounts and financial records.
Handle cash, petty cash, site expenses, and payments.
Verify and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain vendor, subcontractor, and supplier accounts.
Prepare payment statements and expense reports.
Coordinate with the Head Office Accounts & Finance team.
Maintain records of material purchases, labour payments, and site expenses.
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
Reconcile cash, bank, vendor, and ledger accounts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Ensure proper documentation as per company procedures.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.




3–7 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, billing, vendor reconciliation, and site expenses.
Experience with subcontractor and supplier accounts preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Candidates willing to work at project sites.

Salary & Perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Fooding & Accommodation: Provided as per project/site policy.
