Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Manage equipment foundations, control room buildings, cable trenches, roads, drainage and other substation civil works.
Monitor quality, including concrete, slump, cube and soil compaction tests.
Ensure safety practices, PPE compliance and proper barricading at site.
Coordinate with manpower, subcontractors, contractors and clients.
Prepare work schedules, PERT/CPM charts and monitor project progress.
Manage material consumption, site expenses, measurement books and project documentation.
Read and interpret drawings, perform setting out and ensure timely project execution.
Ideal Candidate
Solid knowledge of RCC, foundations, reinforcement, shuttering and concreting.
Experience in substation, industrial or EPC projects preferred.
Good understanding of surveying, construction quality and safety practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and project planning tools.
Solid coordination and site management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
