About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage client accounts end to end, from planning and production to publishing and reporting. You will work across multiple brands in industries such as real estate, hospitality, food and wellness.

Responsibilities
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with each client's goals and brand voice
Research trends, competitors and audiences to develop content ideas
Plan and coordinate shoots with clients and the production team
Brief editors and designers and review their work before publishing
Write captions, hooks and hashtags suited to each brand
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Manage comments, DMs and community engagement
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients on approvals and feedback




Track performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements
1+ year of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
Robust written English and a good eye for content
Solid understanding of Instagram, including reels and current trends
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
Confidence in communicating directly with clients
Working knowledge of Canva and Meta Business Suite

Good to have
Experience running Meta ads
Basic video editing skills

Compensation

Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.

Location

Bangalore, in office, full time.
