Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Manager to own Henfruit's social media presence, content strategy, community growth, and creator partnerships across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Build a distinctive, relatable, educational, and premium brand voice.
Own the content calendar, campaign ideas, copywriting, and creative briefs.
Create content that drives engagement, reach, brand awareness, and community growth.
Identify trends, cultural moments, and consumer insights to develop relevant content.
Manage influencer/creator collaborations and brand partnerships.
Build relationships with creators, nutrition experts, fitness communities, cafés, and lifestyle brands.




Track social media performance, audience sentiment, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Use analytics and social listening insights to continuously improve content and brand growth.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or brand management.
Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Experience in influencer marketing and content production.
Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
