Supervise day-to-day construction and interior works at project sites.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, BOQ, and specifications.
Coordinate and monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other site activities.
Ensure proper sequence of work to avoid delays and rework.
Manage workers, subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other trades.
Allocate daily work and monitor labour productivity.
Maintain daily labour attendance and work records.
Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve routine site issues.
Check workmanship and material quality at every stage.
Ensure dimensions, levels, alignments, finishes, and installations match approved drawings.
Identify defects and ensure corrections are completed.
Prevent material wastage and unnecessary rework.
Follow the approved project schedule and daily work targets.
