Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed according to the assigned schedule.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their daily performance.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain daily attendance, shift records, production reports, and work progress reports.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with the Manager, HR, Purchase, Maintenance, and other departments.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the workplace.
Report daily activities, work progress, and operational issues to the reporting manager.
Monitor material availability and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
