Madcodres Technologies is looking for a smart, confident, and responsible Software Support & Business Operations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manual testing of ERP, Inventory, Billing & POS software
Identify bugs and report issues to the development team
Re-test fixes and current software features
Provide software support and training to customers
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
Sales lead follow-up and software demonstrations
Support sales and marketing activities
Maintain customer and lead records
Handle basic company accounts and daily expense records
Customer payment and outstanding follow-up
Prepare quotations, invoices and related documents
Assist with general office and business operations

Candidate Requirements:




B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science / M.Com / MBA or similar qualification
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Positive computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Interest in software testing and technology
Sales and marketing ability is an advantage
Ability to learn new software quickly
Confident, responsible and organized

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with experience in ERP/Accounting Software, Manual Testing, Software Support, Customer Support, Sales or Accounts will be preferred. Pay: ₹10,850.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
