Responsibilities
Supervise manufacturing site to ensure work is completed on time.
Manage engineering projects and deliver them within set timelines.
Communicate progress reports to the construction project manager.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.
Travel to supervise multiple sites throughout the day.
Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
Oversee and ensure progress of construction activities.
Review daily construction work and suggest improvement measures.
Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
Provide engineering information and answer queries from stakeholders.
Approve construction projects and conduct inspections during critical phases.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or construction industry.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software.
Robust knowledge of engineering principles and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent organization and planning skills.




Experience in managing sub-contractors and engineering teams.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and codes.
Robust leadership and decision-making skills.
Understanding of construction operations and procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in business, construction management, or engineering.
Master's degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical, or related field is advantageous.
Knowledge of languages like English and Hindi may be required.
Experience in handling construction projects and supervising manufacturing processes.
Ability to analyze blueprints and ensure projects meet design and safety specifications.
Proficient in evaluating performance and implementing disciplinary measures.
Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
Master's degree in petroleum engineering or relevant coursework is a plus.
Familiarity with carpentry, joinery works, storage cabinets, and other related tasks.
