Salary: 20,00030,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Follow leads & obtain customer meeting appointments to achieve -
Conduct direct customer meetings.
Handle direct customer sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct field visits and identify new business prospects.
Explain rooftop solar solutions, pricing and perks to customers.
Make sales pitches and convert leads into orders.
Follow up with customers from enquiry to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, installation and customer support.
Maintain regular field visit and sales activity reports.
Candidate Profile:
25 years of experience in field sales / direct sales / customer acquisition.
Experience in Solar, DTH/Cable, Water Purifier, Electrical, Telecom, FMCG or similar field-sales industries will be preferred.
Valuable communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Should be comfortable with extensive field travel and direct customer interaction.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Target-oriented and capable of independently managing assigned territory.
Compensation: 20K30K/month + Petrol Allowance + Attractive Sales Incentives.
