We are looking for an experienced Solar Panel Fabricator to join our installation team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication and installation-related work for rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
Fabrication and installation of structures for rooftop solar panel systems.
Cutting, drilling, welding, and assembling MS/GI structures as required.
Taking measurements and preparing structures according to site requirements.
Ensuring proper alignment, strength, and finishing of fabricated structures.
Working safely at project sites and following required safety procedures.
Coordinating with the solar installation team during project execution.
Maintaining tools and equipment used for fabrication work.
Supporting other installation-related activities when required.

Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in fabrication work.
Experience in solar panel mounting structure fabrication/installation will be an advantage.




Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, drilling, and fabrication tools.
Ability to read basic measurements and understand site requirements.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor/site conditions.
Positive teamwork and a responsible attitude.

Preferred Skills
Experience in rooftop solar installation or solar structure fabrication.
Knowledge of MS/GI fabrication.
Basic understanding of solar mounting structures.

Salary: As per experience and skills. Location: Thripunithura, Cochin
