Job Responsibilities
Manage overall operations of the slimming department.
Handle client consultations and recommend suitable slimming programs.
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
Supervise and train slimming therapists and staff.
Maintain hygiene and service-quality standards.
Handle client queries, concerns and escalations.
Coordinate with dieticians and physiotherapists for holistic treatment plans.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree; nutrition/fitness certification is an advantage.
3–6 years' experience in slimming, wellness or clinic management.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales/target-achievement experience.
Knowledge of slimming treatments, machines and wellness programs.
Experience in wellness, slimming, beauty/aesthetic or healthcare clinics is preferred.
