Session Delivery: Facilitate engaging, practical workshops utilizing group discussions, mock interviews, and real-life simulations.
Mentoring and Feedback: Provide personalized, one-on-one coaching to build participant confidence and improve workplace behavior.
Performance Tracking: Maintain training records, analyze participant progress, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
