Senior Accountant –

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and monitor vendor/customer outstanding.
Prepare and review bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, cash book and ageing reports.
Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, payments and supporting documents.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance related accounting activities.
Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports and other financial reports for management.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of accounts.
Maintain proper records of fixed assets, advances, expenses and other financial transactions.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide required records and documents.




Ensure proper accounting of payroll, employee advances, deductions and related transactions.
Monitor expenses and assist in budget preparation and cost-control activities.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction and reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
Work efficiently on Tally/ERP and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
Ensure timely completion of accounting activities while following company policies and financial controls.

Required Skills:

Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST/TDS, reconciliation, taxation basics, financial reporting, Tally/ERP and MS Excel. Positive analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
