Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Qualification:
MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:
10–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure industries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Oversee compensation, advantages, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
Identify training needs and oversee learning and development programs.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance appraisal systems.
Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and HR analytics for management reporting.




Partner with department heads to resolve workforce and organizational issues.
Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations.
Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and employee counseling.
Support audits, compliance activities, and HR documentation.
Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to company values.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
