The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination across GCC branches, and day-to-day administrative functions.

Experience required - 3 to 5 years

Location - Kochi, Vytila (Near Ponnurunni Temple)

Roles:
Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and joining.
Post job openings and source candidates via recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant portals.
Coordinate interviews with department heads/BM/CEO and provide timely feedback.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts in coordination of GCC branch managers / functional heads.
Maintain an updated candidate and employee database.
Support visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation in coordination with GCC branches.
Insurance management: track policies, coordinate renewals,



and follow up with the concerned persons.
Coordinate with the functional heads to collect the employee performance metrix. manage for yearly appraisal.

Experience:
Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Solid coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR databases.
Highly organised, detail-orientated, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Qualification:
Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative roles.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
