Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
Resolve product-related issues and guide customers on using our platform
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to solve escalated problems
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution
Requirements
Graduate in any stream (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
0–1 years of experience in customer support
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with tools like CRM, email, and WhatsApp
Patient, polite, and problem-solving attitude
