About the Role

Kidvento is looking for a passionate STEM Expert to inspire and mentor school students through hands-on learning in coding, electronics, IoT, and robotics.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive STEM and robotics sessions for school students
Teach coding, robotics, and 3D printing through project-based learning
Guide students in STEM competitions and innovation challenges
Develop lesson plans and hands-on activities that build curiosity and problem-solving skills
Maintain and troubleshoot robotics kits, drones, and lab equipment




Collaborate with school faculty to integrate STEM programs into the curriculum
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Arduino, microcontrollers, drones, AI, and Python
Fluency in Kannada
Willingness to travel regularly to partner schools across Bangalore Rural
Ability to explain complex topics simply to young learners
Robust communication skills and a passion for education
Prior teaching or mentoring experience in STEM/Robotics is a plus
