About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate STEM & Robotics Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to school students. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in robotics, STEM education, and working with students.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver robotics and STEM learning sessions in partner schools.
Conduct hands-on workshops, practical demonstrations, and interactive STEM activities.
Guide and mentor students in robotics projects, innovation challenges, and competitions.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills among students.
Coordinate with school faculty and internal teams for smooth program delivery.
Evaluate student learning progress through practical demonstrations, activities, and assessments.




Maintain proper documentation and reports related to sessions and student progress.
Ensure effective classroom management and create an engaging learning setting.
Support students in developing practical projects using robotics and STEM concepts.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, STEM Education, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of robotics, Arduino, sensors, electronics, and programming will be an advantage.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and working with school students.
Ability to conduct practical and activity-based learning sessions.
Willingness to travel to partner schools within Bengaluru as required.
