Responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food & beverages, and ensuring smooth floor operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests professionally
Present menu and take accurate orders
Serve food and beverages as per SOP
Ensure table setup and cleanliness
Coordinate with kitchen for timely service
Handle guest queries and basic complaints
Maintain hygiene and grooming standards
Requirements:
1–3 years experience in restaurant
Basic English communication
Positive grooming and customer service skills
Ability to work in shifts
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
