Job Summary The Fisherman’s Wharf is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Set up and clear tables according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Assist guests with menu information and recommendations when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure proper handling and care of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.




Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
