Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical JDs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment
Source, screen and shortlist qualified IT candidates
Understand client requirements and manage candidate submissions
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
Manage client accounts and generate new IT requirements
Coordinate interviews, offers and joining formalities
Drive recruitment closures and meet hiring targets
Use LinkedIn, job portals and Boolean search for candidate sourcing
