Position: Staff Nurse

Experience: 2–5+ years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Reporting To: Nursing In-charge / Clinical Head

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Staff Nurse to provide secure, compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents/patients. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, maintaining clinical records, coordinating with doctors and ensuring that nursing standards are followed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Care
Provide direct nursing care according to individual patient needs.
Monitor vital signs and changes in patient condition.




Assist patients with activities of daily living when required.
Maintain patient comfort, dignity and safety.
Identify and promptly report deterioration or emergency conditions.
Medication & Treatment
Administer medications strictly as prescribed.
Follow the correct medication, dose, route and timing procedures.
Maintain medication administration records.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report concerns immediately.
Perform prescribed nursing procedures safely and correctly.
Clinical Procedures
IV cannulation and IV medication administration as per competency.
Wound and sterile dressing procedures.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
