Role & responsibilities
Convert strategy, policies, tools and processes into improved operational activities.
Own and manage the overall operational delivery of the R2R process.
Manage day-to-day R2R operations and resolve operational issues.
Hire, develop and manage employees within the R2R team.
Own service quality and monitor defined KPIs.
Identify service delivery issues and implement performance improvements and best practices.
Drive standardisation and process improvement initiatives.
Drive the transfer of activities from legal entities into the GBS organisation.
Train new employees and ensure proper process documentation and review.
Manage team performance and support employee development.
Ensure business continuity and effective service delivery.
Build a performance-driven team and maintain a positive team setting.

Preferred candidate profile
Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
Experience in a Shared Services / GBS setting.
Solid experience in General Ledger and R2R.
Preferred from Manufacturing/ Procut basd company
Immediate joiner or short notice period.
