We are hiring Support Executives for an International Non-Voice USA Process. The role involves handling customer queries through Live Chat and Email Support, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate and timely resolutions, and ensuring a qualified customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through Live Chat and Email Support.
Communicate professionally with customers from the USA.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Handle multiple customer chats efficiently while maintaining service quality.
Respond to emails using clear and professional business communication.
Create and update support tickets as required.
Research and verify relevant information before responding to customers.
Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and customer support processes.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure confidentiality.
Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements:
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong grammar, spelling, and comprehension.




Positive computer and internet knowledge.
Comfortable working with multiple applications and browser tabs.
Valuable typing speed and accuracy; 45+ WPM recommended.
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
Candidates with an e-commerce background will be preferred.
Comfortable working from the office.

Eligibility: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply. Candidates with experience in E-commerce Customer Support, Chat Support, Email Support, Customer Support, International BPO, Non-Voice Process, Helpdesk, Back Office, Technical Support, or Product Support will be preferred.
