Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store/outlet/branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales, revenue and operational targets.
Monitor staff attendance, manpower planning, duty allocation and productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor cash handling, billing, stock, wastage and inventory control.
Ensure proper product display, hygiene, food safety and 5S standards.
Monitor daily sales, expenses, stock and operational reports.
Control labour cost, wastage and operational expenses.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
Train, guide and motivate employees to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Production, Purchase,



Accounts and other departments.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly outlet performance reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Diploma/+2 preferred.
38 years of relevant experience in food, sweets, bakery, QSR, restaurant or retail operations.
Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
Positive knowledge of sales, inventory, manpower and customer handling.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and rapid-paced setting.
Candidates with experience in multi-outlet operations will be preferred.
