Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Drive sales, profitability, and achieve store ROI targets.
Lead, train, and manage retail staff and jewellery consultants.
Ensure luxury customer service standards and foster client relationships. [1, 2, 3]
Typical Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Jewellery store management, preferably within jewellery or luxury fashion retail.
Education: Graduate degree
Skills: Robust team leadership, operational management, and valuable English communication skills
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
