Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze customer and system-level requirements and convert them into clear, verifiable technical specifications.
Develop and maintain system models, interfaces, architecture definitions, and functional behavior using MATLAB and Simulink.
Manage requirements traceability, baselines, change requests, and verification links in Polarion.
Coordinate system integration activities across embedded software, hardware, and mechanical engineering teams.
Support system verification planning, defect resolution, technical reviews, and evidence-based project documentation.

Skills Required:
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or model-based engineering.




Qualified experience as a System Engineer or Systems Engineer in embedded, automotive, or mechatronics product development.
Hands-on experience with MATLAB and Simulink for system modeling, analysis, and technical validation.
Practical experience using Polarion for requirements management and traceability.
Solid understanding of system architecture, interfaces, embedded systems, and requirements-based verification.

Valuable to Have:
Experience with IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS or DOORS Next.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automotive, or a related discipline.
