Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support job postings, talent pipeline management, and offer and joining processes.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Solid communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and online candidate sourcing.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
